The pricing includes all anti-virus, firewall and monitoring software along with Windows and SUSE Linux for SAP Operating System Licenses. Customers only bring their own SAP B1 License ( BYOL ).

The full design and build of the environment are also included, there is no upfront build fee for the infrastructure. We will also assist with the migration of your current databases at no cost using our staging area for upload/download.

Full 24/7 AWS Monitoring is included along with 8am-10pm (UAE Time) Business level Support from Redington via our Service Desk. Active monitoring is also included, our team is notified if any component is getting close to our pre-set warning levels. If this happens, you will be notified, and appropriate action can be discussed.

All backups are automated and included, daily backups are retained for 2 weeks.
