The team conducts training sessions to help resellers improve their sales skills and strategies for Microsoft workloads, including Cloud Services like Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, Productivity and Collaboration tools like Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams, Business Applications like Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Security and Compliance services like Microsoft Defender and Azure Security Center. The training sessions include information on lead generation techniques and strategies to help resellers identify and qualify potential customers.

Technical Support The technical team provides resellers with technical information, troubleshooting and product demonstrations for Microsoft workloads, including Cloud Services like Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, Productivity and Collaboration tools like Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams, Business Applications like Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Security and Compliance services like Microsoft Defender and Azure Security Center. This helps resellers to have a deeper understanding of the products they are selling, which will enable them to better serve their customers by providing accurate and detailed information.
Marketing Support The team helps resellers develop and execute various marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media campaigns, event marketing, content marketing, channel marketing, influencer marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising, to increase product awareness and drive sales. These campaigns are tailored for Microsoft workloads and are designed to reach and engage with potential customers effectively, ultimately resulting in increased sales of the product.
